Remedial Massage:
Utilising compression to stretch and realign muscle fibres, increase circulation and improve blood flow to injured or tight muscles, trigger point areas of tension and pain, and improve flexibility.
This is a great tool to improve general daily function.

Dry Needling:
Utilises very fine needles to accurately trigger point areas of pain and discomfort. Best suited for those with deep muscle tension and persistent joint pain.
Can be integrated into your remedial massage upon request.

Additional Modalities:
The following techaniques can be integrated into any remedial massage or dry needling appointment upon request or as needed at no extra cost.
Myofascial Cupping
Utilising decompression to stretch and realign tissues, improve circulation and blood flow to injured or tight fibres, providing effective myofascial release throughout the body.
Joint Mobilisation
Utilises soft pressure to create movement within joint spaces. Very effective for relieving joint restriction and alleviating inflammation of surrounding tissues.
Gua Sha
A traditional technique using gentle scraping along the skin surface to stimulate circulation, release fascial tension and reduce inflammation in soft tissues.

Booking Policy:
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. The remainder can be paid via Hicaps (Health Fund rebate), Eftpos, or cash. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate the following client.
